Deadline for abstract submission is March 31st, 2015.
Instructions for submitting Your abstract:
- Abstract must be written in English.
- The abstract should contain the following information:
- Title of the abstract
- Names of all authors
- Affiliation of all authors: institution, city, country
- Study objective
- Design and methods
- Results and interpretation
- The format of abstract is free, there is no word limit. The abstract should not exceed size of A4 page, recommended font size >11. Tables, figures, references are accepted.
Confirmation of acceptance of Your abstract for poster/oral presentation as well the time schedule will be sent to the presenting author by April 1 2015.
Guidelines for poster/oral presentations:
- The size of poster is maximum A0 (84 cm x 118 cm). The presenting author is expected to be available for discussion during the poster presentation session.
Guidelines for oral presentations: length of the presentation will be 10-15 minutes.
The best oral communication and poster presentation will be selected during the course by the international scientific commitee and will get a monetary prize.
